Beth Cullen - Director

Before embarking on her career as a Recruitment Consultant Beth worked in business support roles, including at the North East England Chamber of Commerce and Durham County Council, where she was a business coach.

Joining a regional recruitment firm, Beth started out as a frameworks development manager. Growing her team to nine consultants, she was responsible for simultaneously managing over 500 contract workers, before becoming a member of the senior management team.

In 2014, Beth moved into Construction, setting up the second tier supply chain and managing the delivery of contract workers across the North East, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Scotland.

Beth has exceptional sector knowledge, strong management skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with key clients and candidates. She is a highly successful recruiter and member of our senior management team.

When Beth isn’t at work she likes to compete on the track, has completed three Great North Runs and a sprint triathlon. The training comes in handy when running after her dog, Roscoe.
