York University graduate Emily supports the Operations team here at Coleman James, ensuring compliance with national Sentinel Rail Scheme, verifying workers’ competence and fitness to work on the railway in near real time. As well as being a Sentinel specialist, Emily also supports our Operations department, coordinating and liaising with clients, candidates and our wider team of consultants.
Her organisation, tenacity, and passion for our company culture ensures the Rail team is not only performing seamlessly and successfully, but is also compliant with the latest legislation and guidance, including Health and Safety, Quality and Environment.
Having previously worked as a Sales Coordinator at a large security company, it was the skills she learnt there, and in academia, that make her a fantastic addition to our team.
Outside of work, Emily is Harry Potter obsessed. But, she lists her favourite movie as ‘Pride’. Based on a true story, Pride is set in Wales in 1984 at the time of the miners strikes and explores how a group of activists raised money to help the families affected.
