Having worked in the construction industry in Melbourne, Australia, psychology graduate Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the sector. Her role spans all divisions of the Coleman James business, supporting our Operations team.

Being our Compliance & Systems Manager requires meticulous attention to detail and a clear focus on delivery. The role ensures that we adhere to all relevant regulations and comply with all internal policies and procedures. Hannah’s specialist role guarantees our systems and processes are fit for purpose and allow us to deliver to candidates and clients.

Outside of the office, Hannah loves to bake, with cookies and cupcakes being her favourite sweet treats. We can’t wait to enjoy her delicious creations.
