People & Development Manager Jemma, who is CIPD qualified, helps our team members - right across the company - to pursue their goals by identifying training and development opportunities.
Working alongside our Operations team, led by Operations Director, Sandra Kennedy, Jemma also supports our internal recruitment as we continue to grow.
Highly adaptable and an active listener Jemma is driven by her passion to help develop people. She has also completed her i3 profile foundation coaching course and plays a key role within the business by using i3 profiling to help our team to reach their full potential.
Having worked in Operations and Human Resources for a number of years, Jemma has a wealth of experience of working across recruitment and retention, staff training and HR management, which enables her to ensure our team is fully supported.
At home Jemma is an avid book reader and enjoys spending quality time with friends, family and her beloved Jack Russell, Billy.
