Jordan Ives-Stanbra - Associate Director - Rail

Jordan has a deep awareness of the sector including challenges and ongoing initiatives, having spent his entire recruitment career in the Rail industry.

Working closely with our Director of Rail, Josh Haggart, Jordan’s skills add breadth to our experienced senior rail team. His focus is on recruiting white-collar roles, specifically within commercial, estimating, bid writing and procurement.

A skilled communicator, Jordan is driven to deliver the best possible solutions for his clients and goes far beyond simply skill matching candidates to jobs. With Jordan, it is a non-transactional approach and very much a value proposition.

Working from our Doncaster office, in his spare time London native Jordan enjoys walking his two Border Collies, Buzz and Oscar, with his partner near their home in Sheffield.
