Lauren Marsh - Consultant - Rail

Lauren supports the team throughout our offices, working with a range of rail clients and candidates across engineering disciplines. She has a real thirst for knowledge and the workings of the railways.

Active listening and clear communication are at the heart of Lauren’s approach, with a strong focus on ensuring she meets her client's and candidates' needs exactly. Organised and proficient, Lauren is a dynamic, driven and self-motivated individual.

Outside work, mum of three Lauren loves spending time with her family and her partner, who also works in recruitment. Weekends away in the countryside and supporting her children - including her eldest son who competes regionally in BMX - provide the perfect way to unwind (if she can keep up!)
