Experienced Associate Director Nikki is part of Coleman James’ senior management team and has nearly two decades of recruitment experience running both industrial and technical desks in successful consultancies.
She specialises in delivering high-quality temporary and contract candidates within our Facilities Management division, across both hard and soft services, in the public and private sectors.
With a people-centric outlook at the heart of her work, Nikki is driven to create lasting partnerships with both her clients and her candidates - many spanning their whole careers. Known for her genuine care and attention and for fostering long-term relationships, her approach is to nurture and understand the needs of her customers, building trust and creating opportunities. A knowledgeable and focused manager, Nikki has overseen dynamic and driven recruitment teams for 10 years.
When she’s not at work Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, including her young son, walking in the countryside near home with her two pet chihuahua’s Rocco and Dixie. She’s also a big fan of live music, including pop, rock and country.
