Originally from Lithuania, Ruta moved to the UK where she studied business and finance in Norwich, before moving to Doncaster.
Having previously worked in the professional services and property industries, within sales, she has a strong commercial background as well as great negotiation and communication skills.
Building strong and trusting relationships is what drives Ruta, giving her the ability to help candidates with their next professional move. At Coleman James, Ruta supports our Rail Master Vendor account, AD Comms, by identifying suitable candidates to fit the businesses culture and requirements on the projects, as well as assisting with a range of administrative responsibilities.
Outside of work, Ruta is a keen landscape photographer and loves getting out and about sourcing new locations to shoot. When she isn’t taking pictures, she enjoys playing piano.
