Ryan Dawson, Senior Consultant - Rail

Specialist recruiter Ryan is part of our Rail division, based in our London office. He typically works with project managers, construction managers and planners at all levels. Having worked in the US and Sydney, Australia, Ryan has a wealth of recruitment experience.

Outgoing, driven and motivated to support others to be their best, Ryan is a key member of our Rail operations in the South of England. He enjoys developing close-knit relationships with his clients and candidates, based on mutual respect and trust, and is motivated by helping others grow and flourish.

Travel and sport are both passions for Ryan. After graduating with a Masters in International Business Management from Southampton Solent University, he went on to coach football in Chicago, before heading to Sydney, where he began his recruitment career.

He now lives in London with his partner, where the self-confessed foodie loves spending time socialising with his friends, listening to live music and enjoying football and golf.
