Operations Director Sandra has worked with successful recruitment firms for over 15 years, focusing on operational excellence, quality assurance and company compliance.
Sandra ensures Coleman James processes and procedures are fully aligning with our clients, particularly in the safe supply of labour across the specialist sectors we work with. She holds a national diploma in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH).
Continuous improvement is at the heart of Sandra’s approach, supporting the growth of Coleman James through legal and regulatory compliance, quality assurance, health and safety, IT and systems improvements and financial management.
In her spare time, Sandra loves to travel, socialising and shopping. When she’s not watching dramas and documentaries you might find her soaking up her favourite film, Christmas classic It’s A Wonderful Life beside her cat Mitzi.
