An experienced recruiter, Shannon has over eight years of experience working in a variety
of fast-paced sectors, from industrial to commercial and private health care.
A Doncaster native, Shannon supports the Rail team by recruiting for site and operational
roles, from engineers to construction managers, for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, including
national Rail contractors, train operators and consultancies.
Shannon is a great listener and highly motivated recruiter, known for her proactive
approach and ability to build strong relationships with her clients and candidates.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her on the sidelines, along with her two daughters,
cheering on Armthorpe Welfare FC, which her partner manages.
