A National Construction company require an experienced Administrator to join them. This company have a very healthy pipeline, with a key focus on large commercial build projects. This is a temporary role looking to start someone ASAP.
Working alongside other managers, providing admin support
Co-ordinate staff training and activities
General administrative duties - photocopying, filing and scanning
Co-ordinate schedules, appointments & bookings
Answering incoming calls and emails
Organise and assist with site inductions for new staff members
Reviewing site documents and uploading onto the system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 years experience in an admin role
Experience using Microsoft and other database packages
Self-motivated and can work to tight deadlines
Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills
Hunger to learn and develop in the business
