Job Description

Leading National contractor are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join them.

The role:

  • Support the Bids Team with various administration duties including; monitoring our bid team mailbox every day and sending email updates on new bids to our managers
  • Work with individual Bid Managers on any new major opportunities
  • Working with our wider Clients & Markets Team to maintain an up-to-date evidence library of experience, CVs, metrics, directory quotes and client testimonials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience essential
  • Highly organised, running with multiple projects at one time
  • Being able to demonstrate a solid track record of undertaking bid coordinator and admin responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Indesign software experience desirable
