During this difficult period, we are determined to retain a positive mindset and ensure that within reason, business continues as normal.

If we are going to ensure the economic impact is minimised and that we are all in a position to operate once we weather this storm, it is crucial that we stay engaged with our clients, colleagues and potential new hires.

With regards to recruitment, if you wait too long for things to ‘return to normal’ you will face increased competition when the market is back up to pace.

Our clients are leveraging opportunities to;

  • Facilitate interviews via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp
  • Review CVs and work with our experts to prepare shortlists in preparation for key hires
  • Start the conversation now so candidates are primed and excited by the opportunities on offer
  • Review current skills gap and working with our specialists implementing a recruitment strategy firm wide

Please leverage our expertise and market insight, you don’t have to be an existing client to work with our firm. Let’s keep the conversations going and support each other through these challenging times.

In relation to our own working practices, we have Business Continuity (BC) Plans in place. Our approach is to follow official UK government advice as applicable, which we are monitoring closely on a daily basis.

To safeguard our staff, we have implemented a policy of working at home with immediate effect. Our telephone lines remain open and have been diverted. If you wish to contact a specific person, email or mobile would be most appropriate at this time.

As you would expect we have temporarily suspended all business travel and working on site.

Every member of our team can support you remotely from wherever they are.  We are asking employees to self-quarantine if they have been to or passed through any of the Government specified risk countries. We are also taking additional hygiene precautions and ensuring our employees know what to do if there is any risk, they feel unwell or if they come into contact with someone diagnosed. We have taken measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our team and others.

As you'll be acutely aware, the situation is changing daily, and we will keep this post updated.

Finally, we’d like to take this opportunity to express our personal thanks and appreciation to all of the ‘key workers’ who are on the front line working to contain Coivd-19 virus.

Stay safe and positive.
