Job Description

A key client is looking for a temporary Document Controller for a large construction project in Birmingham. This is an 18 month to two-year scheme.


  •          Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
  •          To control the sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
  •          Using 4projects to manage the document control
  •          Meeting and greeting visitors and contractors on site
  •          Supporting sub-contractors with inductions, timesheets, health and safety among other things
  •          Other administration duties to support the project team

Experience required

  •          Our client is looking for someone with experience of working on construction sites in a similar role
  •          A knowledge of 4projects would be advantageous.
  •          Committed to the scheme is required.


This is a temporary contract so will be weekly paid and our client requires a start date on Monday 23rd November.

The pay rate will depend on experience.
