Estates Officer (Electrical Bias)
Coleman James require an Estates Officer within their engineering department with an electrical bias to manage, implement and be accountable for Engineering breakdowns , Maintenance and any legislation for compliance on Capital/minor works schemes across their Site locations.
Must hold a degree in building services engineering or equivalent related subject or with equivalent substantial experience in specific estates related areas and preferable have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include English and Maths (D)
Hold a full UK driving licence
Ideally have a recognised training certificate in autoCAD drafting software and have served a recognised apprenticeship for their skill.
The successful applicant should have extensive proven experience within a service, maintenance or general building services background and be able to read and understand Electrical Drawing and electrical shut down procedures. Ideally within a hospital environment.
