Groundworks Site Manager
A mid-sized Civil Engineering contractor are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to join their diverse and dynamic business based in Yorkshire.
The company offer a range of Civil Engineering and construction services, boasting a healthy order book for 2021 with a loyal client base.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing up to ten projects with an average value of circa £5m and a staff of up to fifty. Typical duties include:
- Managing a groundworks project valued up to £5m, safely, to budget and to programme
- Management and professional development of staff
- Contribution to pre-construction, to ensure a seamless handover to operational teams
- Advocate and comply with company policy and procedure and contribute to the development of company culture
The candidate must be an experienced Contracts Manager, with a background in Civil Engineering preferably projects relating to earthworks, groundworks and utilities.
