An opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Operator to join a growing Facilities Management based in Salford, Manchester.
- Updating our CAFM & client operating system
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks
- Managing client maintenance services
- Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
- Logging Calls
Ideal Candidate would have:
- Facilities Management / Construction Background (Desirable)
- Helpdesk / Customer Service experience (Desirable)
- Stability and Progression
