We are working closely with an industry leading contractor who are in the market for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their North West operations on a permanent basis.

The project is within the Healthcare sector and is expected to run until the end of 2025, M&E value of £26m with a £15m Mechanical package.

Your role will be to lead the mechanical package on the project managing a team of Engineers and Supervisors and sub-contractors from contract award to completion of the final account. Preconstruction experience is essential and a background in Healthcare is desirable although not essential as general large scale commercial experience would be welcome.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an establish contractor who are turning over £70m for the North West region, with a wide range of exciting projects in the pipeline across multiple sectors.
