As a qualified Planning Manager with experience of working across a varied range of sectors, ideally you will have an advanced level in Asta Power Project however equivalent level of experience in P6 will also be considered. You will also have knowledge of commonly used forms of contracts used in construction as well as a clear understanding of key performance measurement techniques, such as Critical Path Analysis, Delay Analysis, Productivity Analysis, Resource Demand and Levelling and previous us of Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure an effective and professional planning service is in place within the strategic project teams involved within.
• Produce planning reports for projects involved in to identify risk early and suggestive action for mitigation in delay situations and support the function head with business planning reports.
• Work with the functional head and functional head of other disciplines to ensure we keep the business’ planning best practices up to date and to share knowledge.
• Manage the individuals within the planning team on the projects involved in to ensure quality of planning output is suitable and support individual with personal development.
