My client is a leading National Main contractor who is looking for an Building Services Manager to join their team in Scotland. This role would see you focusing on major project work with the first project being £150m based in Edinburgh. Other regional work incudes high profile projects across multiple sectors including Commercial, Education, MOD, MOJ and much more.

They need someone with MEP technical competence to be involved from project inception through to completion, to act as a conduit between design consultants, sub-contractors and main contractors offering technical guidance and protect the business in ensuring successful outcomes.

As the Building Services Manager you will be:

• Heavily involved in pre-con stages i.e. offering tender/bid support, technical reviewing of M&E designs at tender stages, offering commercial assistance, plugging gaps attender stages and managing/ reviewing designs throughout work winning stages.

• Build relationships onsite, offering site delivery support and overseeing install.

• Review commissioning programs, manage commissioning phase through to witnessing, handover and aftercare.
