A main contractor are seeking to appoint a freelance site engineer on a commercial project, based in Aberdeen, Scotland. This would be on a temporary basis. The clients specialise in 278 works, housing, commercial, industrial and retail developments across the UK, ranging between small and large values. They have a civils arm of the business that are requesting a site engineer to support with the civils elements on a regenerative scheme. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial projects, acting as no.1 site engineer for either a main or sub contractor. This is a freelance position and are looking for someone to start ASAP:

Responsibilities:

• Setting Out on site (foundations and infrastructure) 
• Quality Assurance
• Mapping/Surveying
• Drainage/278 works
• Regular Reporting
• Quality Checks
• Management and control of a total station (own KIT preferable)

Requirements:

• A Valid CSCS
• A Valid SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experience working on commercial projects, small to large value
• Ability to commute
• Right to Work
• First Aid
