A key client of ours are currently seeking a Site Agent to work on a new build residential scheme located in Harrogate, to be responsible for the civils packages on site. Experience of plot works/housing infrastructure and 278/38 works is essential. Must have an eye for detail and a good knowledge of quality and civil engineering. Degree qualified would be desirable, however not essential. This is a 12 month contract, with the potential to extend depending on work demand and is set to start ASAP.

• Quality Assurance
• Regular Reports
• Site Inspections
• Monitoring Activity
• H&S/RAMS
• Client Liaison
• Design/Drawing Management

Requirements:

• A Valid SMSTS
• A Valid CSCS
• A Valid First Aid
• Experience of dealing with civils packages on residential developments, as well as s278 works
• Engineering/Civils background (Degree qualified desirable)
