A key client of ours are currently requiring a Civils Site Foreman to work on a commercial project based in County Durham, responsible for the civils packages on this development. The ideal candidate will have experience of pushing the on site subcontractors on a range of civils sites on commercial projects, ranging between small and large value. The client are a subcontractor that work largely in the civils sector. This is a freelance contract and are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of subcontractors
• Checking of quality of work
• Regular reporting into the senior management team
• Site inspections
• Dealing with on site activity
• Monitoring team
• H&S/RAMS

Requirements:

• A Valid SMSTS
• A Valid CSCS
• A Valid First Aid
• Experience of dealing with civils packages on commercial developments, supervising the site subcontractors
• Knowledge of civil engineering
