Job Description

A Tier 1, nationwide main contractor key client of ours are currently seeking to appoint a permanent Project Manager to work on a new build high value commercial development based in West Yorkshire, responsible for all site activity, from inception to completion. The company have significant experience of using innovative strategies to deliver complex projects across a range of industries such as education, residential, commercial, healthcare, justice and emergency services, and a focus on social responsibility maximising value for clients and delivering quality, that enhance the places and communities around them. The company offers an attractive salary, plus other benefits including flexible benefits, private medical insurance and a range of other benefits. The projects that they deliver range between values of £12m, toward £100m on average, focusing on commercial and residential developments across the nation.

This is a permanent position and it is due to start in September 2023.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of subcontractors
  • Dealing with on site issues
  • Program management
  • Design/Drawing management
  • Liaising with the end client on a regular basis
  • Reporting site progress to the Project Director and Contracts Manager
  • Site Inspections
  • Tracking all site activity
  • H&S/RAMS
  • Procurement and budget balancing

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • A Valid SMSTS
  • A Valid First Aid
  • A Valid CSCS
  • Experience of managing over multiple commercial projects from inception to completion, ranging in large values would be ideal
  • Ability to commute
  • Right to Work
  • Full time working
