We are working closely with an industry leading contractor who are in the market for a Electrical Project Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer to join their North West operations on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an establish contractor who are turning over £70m for the North West region, with a wide range of exciting projects in the pipeline across multiple sectors. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Electrical building services aspects of projects from concept through completion.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Support the development and review detailed Electrical designs for HV/LV distribution, Lighting, Small Power, specialist and life safety systems in buildings.
• Monitor project budgets and programme, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

There are currently 2 live projects which you could go onto, one being a New Build Commercial with a £9m M&E value with 12 month left onsite. The other being a £20m M&E New Build Lab facility in Manchester which is due to continue until March 2026. This client is currently bidding for 2 further projects worth £26m and £60m M&E and have a secure pipeline of regional work to follow.
