I am currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in the North West who are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join them.

My client has been established for over 100 years and have expanded into the North West Region last year which is now a really big focus for the business. Currently turnover stands at £45m however they have an aim to grow this to £75-80m with a sustainable growth plan over the next 5 years. 

The project you would initially go onto is a 261-apartment block which is currently in the pre-construction stage. The project is then expected to hit site in March with an £8m M&E value. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Health and safety
• RAMS
• Procurement
• Management of subcontractors
• Computer literacy is required
