Our client is a well-established M&E contractor with 3 regional office across the UK and they are in need of a Electrical Site Manager to join their site team located in Warrington. The project is a large scale within HV/LV Infrastructure to an existing plant, with 15 weeks left onsite. Following on from this they have a strong pipeline of work offering security and variation across different sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, yet growing business where you would manage all aspects of the site’s requirements, operating within a supportive team environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage site

• Manage Resource

• Manage Sub-contractors

• Planning & programming

• Manage H&S

• Manage QA

• Liaising with main contractors and other trades

Requirements:

• SSSTS/ SMSTS Certification

• Authorised person (not necessity but desired)

• Trades background (Mechanical or Electrical)

• Experience in Building Services projects
