Our client is a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor and they are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join their Northern team, based on site in Yorkshire focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role
Site Managers are a valuable part of the business, the focus of this role will be to support the Project Manager in development of the construction programme, short term looks ahead planning reports and equipment and materials schedules. Also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully manage staff performance on the project.
The initial project you will go onto is an £8.5m M&E package on a new build school, following on from this there will be exposure to large scale M&E projects across Commercial, Leisure, MOJ and much more.
As Site Manager You Will:
- Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
- Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub-contractors on site progress
- Review design drawings for buildability and co-ordination, raising RFI where appropriate
- Manage the flow of sub-contractor's design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
- Assist the Project Manager and or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
