Job Description
A key client of ours are currently looking for a Freelance Finishing Manager to join a new build project located in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing over internals packages within a commercial new build project, being solely responsible for finishing and quality checks. This is a freelance position and are looking for a start in January.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Checks/Finishes
- Management over subcontractors
- Regular reporting
- Inductions
- Meetings
- H&S/RAMs
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- A Valid SMSTS
- A Valid CSCS
- A Valid First Aid (Desirable)
- Experience of working as a finishing manager/site manager on a new build commercial project
