Our client operates across England and Wales providing water hygiene and air quality services to a variety of industries.

The Technicians are required to test fire dampers, maintain air handling units, clean and install ductwork across a variety of locations throughout England.

Duties include:

· Performing site visits and advising on remedial works for servicing of ventilation systems

· Ensure Health and Safety is being complied with on site

· Carry our fire damper testing

· Install access hatches

· Liaising with clients

· Curating reports of finding on site

· Cleaning ductwork and ventilation systems

· Maintain accurate paperwork

Skills & Experience

· Maintenance Assistant or Handyperson experience would be advantageous although no experience is necessary as full training can be given

· Happy to work at height and in confined spaces

· Excellent organisational and time keeping skills, able to work to deadlines

· Clear and confident communication skills

· Happy to work occasional nights and/or weekend

· Full driving license

The ideal candidate must be flexible to travel and be able to pass an enhanced DBS. You will be predominantly working in the security industry so successful candidates will need security vetting.
