Our client is looking for x3 Mobile Maintenance Electricians to add to their existing team.  Working in the Wakefield area you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial / public buildings.  Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety.
• Monitor regular inspection procedures (preventative maintenance programme) of equipment.
• Record and keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Maintain a working knowledge of statutory regulations and to ensure awareness of all safety procedures.
• Undertake electrical repairs and installations as appropriate.
• Report any defects at time of service visit.
• Responsible for vehicle and materials on board.
• Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
• Understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.
• Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

The suitable applicants will be time served in Electrical Installation, have 18th Edition and ideally test & inspection certs.  An Enhanced DBS will also be a requirement for the role.

Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (occasional overtime)
Salary: Between £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience & qualifications
On-call - 1in4 £150 p/wk
