My client is a leading national Tier 1 M&E contractor who specialise in the delivery of MEP projects across a variety of large scale sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Leisure and MoJ.

Due to growth and a very healthy pipeline of work across their northern regions, they are looking to expand their Estimating team in Leeds with the appointment for a Mechanical Estimator.  

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the other electrical and mechanical estimators as well as independently within a busy estimating projects department
• Day to day management of the mechanical tender process in order to meet key deadlines and milestones
• Production of cost plans and detailed tender bids
• Attending mid and post tender meetings
• Liaising and working with existing clients as well as working with the business development team to secure new clients
• Interfacing with supply chain and sub-contractors
