We are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in the Yorkshire region who are looking for an Mechanical Project Manager to join them.

My client has been established for over 100 years and current turnover stands at £45m however they have an aim to grow this to £75-80m with a sustainable growth plan over the next 5 years.

They cover a wide array of project sectors across Building Services within education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. The project you would initially go onto is a £4m refurbishment of a listed building within the education sector. This role will see you based onsite with occasional visits to the office in Sheffield for this project and future projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

•           Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; defining project scope and objectives; and managing project resources (people, materials, and equipment
•           Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders; communicating project progress and issues effectively; and managing stakeholder expectations
•           Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks; developing contingency plans; and ensuring project deliverables are on track
•           Managing the procurement of materials and equipment; monitoring project budgets and ensuring spending stays within allocated limits
