We are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in the Yorkshire region who are looking for an Mechanical Site Manager to join them.

My client has been established for over 100 years and current turnover stands at £45m however they have an aim to grow this to £75-80m with a sustainable growth plan over the next 5 years.

They cover a wide array of project sectors across Building Services within education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. The project you would initially go onto is a £4m refurbishment of a listed building within the education sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Health and safety
• RAMS
• QA
• Procurement
• Management of subcontractors
• Computer literacy is required
