We are working with a National leading M&E contractor who are in the market for M&E Commercial staff to join their Yorkshire operations on a permanent basis.

Project are large scale and varied across MOJ, MOD, Leisure and Education. The project you would go onto is a large scale, New Build school with an £8m M&E value. It is currently in the pre-con phase and is expected to hit site in the near future.

Once you hit site, you will have a Junior Surveyor who will support and report into you. They are looking to grow their commercial team with talented and ambitious additions who are looking for a long term opportunity within the business for realistic progression.

M&E experience is desired alongside pre-con experience and having ran your own MEP packages on previous projects.
