We are working alongside an established D&B Contractor who are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join their team in the North East. This client is a leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector and are a specialist solution provider, focussing on the design, manufacturing and construction of innovative controlled environments.

This role will be responsible the design and coordination deliverables for projects and will see you report into the Design Manager. You will collaborate with client teams, and project teams to determine solutions that meet precise requirements and adhere to strict industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and innovative cleanroom designs, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with the project managers, Construction, Commercial and Project Control teams, other stakeholders and external consultants to understand project objectives and provide technical design expertise.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to assess design requirements, space utilisation, and cleanroom performance.
• Utilise CAD software to produce accurate and visually compelling cleanroom designs and drawings.
• Research and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and equipment for cleanroom construction, considering performance, safety, and budget.
• Ensure that designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare and review design documentation, including technical reports and specifications.

Skills/ experience required is below:

• Revit
• Navis works
• Clash Detection
• Construction Experience
• Cleanroom Design (Preferred not essential)
• M&E background and Coordination experience is very desirable
