We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Planner to join the project controls team of a leading national M&E contractor working on tender & live projects ranging from £7 million to £50 million; responsible for all planners and assistant planners within the region. 

My client is the UK’s pre-eminent design-led Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) provider, specialising in the design and installation of building services and infrastructure solutions. 

They deliver bespoke, design-led cost-efficient solutions optimised for the whole construction team, by maximising off-site manufacture in their production facility delivering solutions which minimise onsite resources and interfaces assuring quality and customer satisfaction in a measurable, safe way every time. 

Key Accountabilities will include: 

• Work with the site team and main contractor to ensure the projects have fully integrated programmes sequenced in the correct manner to allow the successful completion of the project 
• Thoroughly study specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents/ correspondence in conjunction with engineers and surveyors to ensure adequacy of the planning and programming of projects 
• Carry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progress 
• Liaise with the project team to ensure progress reports, progress percentages and drop-down programmes, are produced and issued in accordance with Best practice, company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved 

They are looking for a qualified Senior Planner with experience of working on M&E projects across a diverse range of sectors and will ideally have an advanced level in Asta Power Project.
