We are currently recruiting for a key client of ours for a Site Agent to work across the NE region on a permanent basis, working on a range of civil engineering projects on small and large value developments. The ideal candidate will have experience of setting out, QA, dealing with drawings and a keen eye for detail on commercial projects. This is a permanent position and are looking for someone to start in January 2023.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance
• Management of subcontractors/groundworkers
• Regular reporting
• Client facing/Liaison
• Management/Supervision of externals
• Recording and monitoring ongoing works

Requirements:

• A Valid SMSTS
• A Valid First Aid C
• A Valid CSCS
• Experience of working on commercial projects, operating on the civils packages
• A keen eye for detail
• Willingness to travel
