A Tier 1 Principal Contractor are requiring a Site Manager to support on a commercial project located in Durham. The ideal candidate will have experience managing over a range of projects, ideally working for a Tier 1 main contractor, with experience on commercial refurbishments of multiple values. This is a freelance opportunity and are looking for someone to start ASAP, with a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of subcontractors
• Dealing with on site activity; progress reports and quality checking
• H&S
• RAMS
• Client Liaison
• Reporting into the on site Project Manager
• Record/Monitor ongoing works
• Site Inductions/Meetings

Requirements

• A Valid CSCS
• A Valid SMSTS
• A Valid First Aid
• Experience of working on a range of commercial refurbishment projects
• Previous experience of working for a Tier 1 contractor (desirable)
