My client is a leading National M&E contractor who is looking for an Technical Manager with a Mechanical bias to join their Yorkshire team, focusing on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

You will specifically work with the Pre-Construction team on front end duties such as work winning, bids and tenders. They need someone with technical excellence to ensure that bids are as robust as possible in order to effectively influence project outcomes.

As the Technical Manager you will be:
• Accountable for Technical performance of allocated bids & Projects
• Responsible for the management of MEP & BIM design on allocated projects
• Accountability for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers
• Managing design risk & opportunities with a robust and transparent approach
