Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join the Hebburn office of one of the UK’s leading M&E Contractors. They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-sufficient Administrator to join their office on a full-time basis.

 

Role and Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Responding to emails
  • Tidying job folders and ensuring they are up to date and saved correctly
  • Assisting the Estimating team
  • Assisting apprentices through Gateshead College
  • Keep Construction registrations up to date
  • Adding drawings to the system (training provided)  
  • Carrying out basic clerical duties
  • Updating database records
  • Updating database records

 

You will be:

  • Experienced with Microsoft packages such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Able to complete tasks self sufficiently
  • Have general office Admin experience, experience within Construction would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
