An award-winning Architectural practice is looking to expand their Research team, by adding a mid-to-senior level research executive to their team.

The Role

My client are looking for a Research Executive with experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, who is looking to advance their career in a supportive team with a variety of projects. You would be working directly alongside the engagement lead and research team on bespoke stakeholder engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Working with clients to understand their requirements and devising methodologies to engage effectively with their stakeholders
  • Writing quantitative surveys and qualitative topic guides
  • Programming online surveys (training will be provided for our survey software)
  • Working with client communications teams to help them distribute surveys through a variety of channels such as printed media, email and social media
  • Facilitating focus groups and conducting interviews with stakeholders including senior decision makers (public and private sector), healthcare and education staff, and the general public
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback, including coding open ended responses
  • Producing reader friendly reports including charts (PowerPoint) and written narrative
  • Assisting on the production of proposals
  • Managing projects to ensure delivery on time and to budget
  • Developing excellent working relationships with client teams
